Score Viewer Settings

This menu allows you to configure the Score Viewer module and set default values for various aspects. Note that some default values may be overridden by user-set values in score documents saved in the app file format.

Sets the default master volume for newly opened score documents Note Saved app-format documents will use the last user-set volume

Notation Mode: Specifies the initial notation mode for opened score documents Options: Standard, Tablature, Both Note Tablature and Both options don’t apply to MusicXML files or documents based on them Scroll Mode: Determines scrolling behavior during playback Options: OffScreen: Scrolls when cursor reaches bottom of screen Per-Row: Scrolls when cursor reaches second visible row Sound Font: Selects the sound library used by the synthesizer for instrument sounds

Sets the default zoom level for newly opened score documents Note Saved app-format documents will use the last user-set zoom level

When enabled: All notes, regardless of voice, are colored black When disabled: Notes not in the first voice (voice 1) are colored gray
