Modifying a Range Item

When you tap the modify button for a range selection, you’ll access a form identical to the Add Range Selection form. This form allows you to alter various elements of the existing range selection.

Modifiable Elements

You can change:

1. Range name
2. Fill color
3. Bounds color
4. Any other attributes available in the original creation form

Example Modification

In the provided example:

• “Range 1” was renamed to “R-1 (edited)”
• Fill color changed to orange
• Bounds color changed to purple

Applying Changes

• Modifications are reflected immediately in the Range Selections list
• Changes appear on the actual range selection when it is activated or re-activated

Note

The modify form provides a seamless way to update range selections without needing to recreate them from scratch.

Tip

Consider using distinct colors or naming conventions to easily identify different types of range selections (e.g., practice sections, difficult passages, etc.).
